What You Can Expect:

• Weekly Pampering: Enjoy four 60-minute massages each month—one per week. Choose from our signature Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Focal Massage to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate.

• Personalized Experience: With every massage, you’ll receive two free add-on services—choose from cold stones, hot stones, or cupping. That’s a total of 8 add-ons per month to make every session unique.

• Exclusive Discounts: As a member, you’ll enjoy 20% off all other med spa services, from facials to advanced skin care treatments, for the ultimate spa experience.

• Family Flexibility: Share the wellness! This membership can be enjoyed by up to four members of your immediate family, so everyone can benefit from the relaxation and rejuvenation.

Membership Terms & Benefits:

• Family First Package: This package can be used for up to four people in your immediate family, including husband, wife, and children aged 14 and older living in the same household. For children under 18, a parent must be present during the massage. License verification of addresses is required to confirm eligibility.

• Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy priority access to peak times, with same-day booking available when possible.

• Commitment: A 3-month minimum commitment ensures you get the full experience of our wellness benefits.

• Rollover Policy: Unused massages can be rolled over for up to one month, so you never lose out on your treatments.

• Non-Transferable: Your membership and its benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.

• Cancellation Policy: After your initial three months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

• Payment Method: Monthly fees are automatically billed to your preferred payment method for ease and convenience.

• Promotions: Please note, membership discounts cannot be combined with other special offers.

• Advance Notice: We’ll inform you ahead of time if any membership benefits are subject to change.Additional Terms & Conditions:

• Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and the full session fee will still apply.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without proper notice (e.g., 24-hour notice) will result in forfeiting that session for the month.

• Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. Services not used within the designated time period will be subject to the roll-over policy but are otherwise forfeited.

• Health and Wellness Concerns: Family First Medicine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if health or safety concerns arise. In such cases, services may be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

• Membership Hold: In case of medical or other emergencies, a membership hold can be requested for a maximum of one month with written documentation, during which time billing will pause. The hold can only be requested once during a 12-month period.

• Changes in Pricing: Family First Medicine reserves the right to adjust membership pricing after the initial three-month commitment. Members will be given 30 days' notice of any price changes and the option to cancel.

• Membership Availability: Membership slots are limited and subject to availability. Family First Medicine reserves the right to pause new memberships based on capacity or adjust existing memberships as necessary.

• Client Behavior Policy: Family First Medicine reserves the right to terminate membership if a client demonstrates inappropriate or disruptive behavior, fails to comply with policies, or poses a risk to staff or other clients.We’re committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment, whether it’s you, your spouse, or your kids.
