READ BEFORE SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:

  1. Our healthcare visits are by walk-in, drive-thru, or curbside: make sure to walk-in to get on the schedule. For a Telehealth visits: call 256-638-9161 (Rainsville) or 256-912-2183 (Scottsboro) to schedule (make sure to check your insurance to see if your insurance covers Telehealth visits).

  2. If you have trouble booking and Med Spa appointment online and/or do not see a time available convenient for you, call us at 256-638-7721 (SPA1). We will be glad to assist you in any way available.

  3. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

  4. A 50% deposit is required for each Med Spa service scheduled. Please book your appointment here or call 256-638-7721 (SPA1) to schedule your appointment. If your required 50% deposit has not been collected by the time of your appointment, your appointment will be forfeited and others will be allowed to book during that allotted time.

  5. You will be required to answer a questionnaire at checkout. You will be prompted to leave a contact number and email address at check out. Please leave an active contact number where we can reach you if we have any questions or need to reschedule. We confirm all appointments prior to your arrival. You will receive a notifications and reminders of your visit.

  6. If you schedule a bath soak and an injectable the same day, you will need to schedule your bath soak before your injectable.

  7. Initially, when scheduling an Injection or Infusion, a consultation and labs are recommended to initiate treatment. Please allow enough time in your schedule to accommodate. The price to schedule only includes the Injection or Infusion.

  8. Med Spa services and Gift Certificates: You have one year from the date of purchase to use any of your Med Spa services or Gift Certificates. After the one year, they will be expired and will not be honored.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • Services: Unfortunately, for spa services & memberships we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes spa packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit at the spa for free consultation.

  • Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable. Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours.

  • Promotional Giveaways winners and Sponsorship Terms: All services awarded through promotional giveaways or sponsorships are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the winner only. Substitution for other services is not permitted. Winners will have one (1) year from the documented date of issuance to use the awarded service; after this period, the prize will become null and void.

  • Gift cards, Gift Certificates and Packages: Unfortunately we cannot refund on Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, On Sale or Special offers, all sales are final and non-refundable. Some services in Spa Gift Certificates or Spa Packages can be exchanged for other services.

  • Products: Unused and not open products in original package can be requested for refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase from the spa. Request for refund can be made by contact us at 256-638-7721 (SPA1)or in person at the spa. You can always contact us at office@familyfirstmedicine.net for any refund/return questions. Upon review of refund request we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded per spa policy. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to process.

  • No-Show / Same-day Cancellation: All no-show appointments are non-refundable unless documentation of an unforeseen emergency is provided and approved by management. Same-day cancellations are also non-refundable; deposits will neither be refunded nor applied to future appointments. These policies are necessary to offset the loss of revenue associated with missed appointments.
