READ BEFORE SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:

1. Premium Members Scheduling is below, every month you will receive: One 60 minute facials or massages per month (may split up in to two 30 minute sessions). One invigorating vitamin IV infusion per month. Two add-on services per month. When you choose your 60 or 30 minute services, you will be able to add your two add-on services at check out.

2. Premium Members will receive a complimentary skin analysis and personalized skincare regimen

3. You will be required to answer a questionnaire at checkout. You will be prompted to leave a contact number and email address at check out. Please leave an active contact number where we can reach you if we have any questions or need to reschedule. We confirm all appointments prior to your arrival.

4. You can log out, go to our regular scheduling add on page to schedule anything outside of your membership benefits. We will apply your 15% off your scheduled appointment at the time of service. If you schedule a bath soak and an IV Infusion the same day, you will need to schedule your bath soak before your IV Infusion.

5. Initially, when scheduling an Injection or Infusion, a consultation and labs are required to initiate treatment. We can bill insurance for consultation and labs. Please allow enough time in your schedule to accommodate. The price to schedule only includes the Injection or Infusion.
